About Lowe's Syndrome

Lowe Syndrome affects 1 in half a million boys, very few girls are known to have the Syndrome. Lowe Syndrome affects the brain, eyes, and kidneys. This Syndrome is very medically complex which can include cataracts, glaucoma, weak muscle tone, can develop rickets, seizures, kidney issues that can lead to renal failure, behavioral issues, intellectual impairments, etc.
